ClickOnShop.co.uk promise to provide the goods you have ordered, plus postage and packing, subject always to availability and credit status.

All prices are displayed in English Pounds.

Goods will be despatched when payment is received. We undertake to despatch the goods as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, goods should be received in the UK within one week.. If we are unable to meet this, we will contact you immediately to arrange a different delivery date or offer a full refund.

We want you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days. E-mail us giving as much detail of your order as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, amend, change an order, change a price, and will inform you immediately of any change, and give you the right to cancel or amend your order, with no penalty whatsoever.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. These terms and conditions do not override our/your rights by law to pursue any avenue we decide upon under English law, they also do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
