These postage costs are for UK mainland only. Please contact us for destinations outside the UK mainland. Also for extremely large orders please contact us directly.

All of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty for faulty materials and faulty workmanship. General wear and tear and damage are not covered.

Please note that we will cover the cost of a return where the item is faulty. This return cost should not exceed £8.50 without authorisation from us as we may opt to arrange for a collection of the item. Please note that collections can only be arranged for certain items.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method with proof of postage as we do not accept any liability until received by us.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with adequate protection to ensure that the goods and packaging reach us in good condition.

Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event of a return for any reason.

You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:

* The item has not been used or even removed from the packaging. It must be returned to us in its original condition.

* You must return the item within 7 days of receipt.

Opening the packaging of an item will constitute use of that item, as under law it will not then be in a resalable condition, and return will be refused on that basis. Please note that initial delivery charges & return delivery are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you an item that was damaged in transit please contact us to inform us of the problem. ALL damaged in transit claims must be reported to us within 3 working days of despatch. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time.
